Who is Autumn Ellenson?
Autumn was born and raised in East County and loves living in Lakeside.
She is a mother of three children that attend school in Lakeside. She actively chose to place her children in Lakeside schools because she knew that they would receive a high-quality education from programs including language immersion and performing arts.
Autumn is a long-time educator and has worked with students for over twenty years. She taught elementary and middle school students for many years. She now works as a School Administrator, overseeing Math and Science curriculum for over 5,500 California public school students.
Autumn attended local public school before earning college degrees from Grossmont College, UC Berkeley and George Fox University. She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Teaching with an emphasis in Reading Instruction.
She has worked with public school students for more than two decades. Most recently, she spent seven years as a classroom teacher. She now serves in a school administration position as a Curriculum Specialist.
